AySA, Actor of Social Change While providing essential services may be core to their mission, AySA, (Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos S.A.), also understands its power as an actor of social change. Through workforce development programs and education, AySA is setting a new standard for public institutions.	Una Gota de Vida, Una Gota de Agua Research digs deeper into the personal impacts of AySA's provision of social change. This group digs deeper into the impact of work and the lives of cooperative members.	FinEs and Labor Outcomes This paper will serve to analyze Plan FinEs, and its impact on its student’s ability to access the labor market. The author will discuss FinEs2, an initiative designed to allow students who did not finish high school to obtain a diploma. This work consists of a combination of results from a limited qualitative inquiry (utilizing a heuristic research approach), examination of existing literature, and current trends in public policy, and reflections on the aforementioned data.
